As an early pioneer of farm-to-table practices, Araxi’s executive chef James Walt has long celebrated locally sourced ingredients. His seasonally focused menus feature the freshest seafood catches direct from the Pacific Ocean and farm-raised beef from Pemberton Meadows. Araxi’s restaurant director Neil Henderson, along with Chef Walt, oversee all aspects of the operation at The Cellar by Araxi, ensuring guests continue to enjoy the long held international reputation for excellence in food, wine, and hospitality that Araxi Restaurant guests have come to expect.

WINE PROGRAM

An extension of Araxi Restaurant’s award-winning collection, wines available to guests of The Cellar by Araxi are sourced from top regions around the world, including British Columbia. The selection showcases a balance of highly-rated, popular wines alongside the finest rare and collectible treasures.

Wines are stored in a glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine cellar complemented by feature backlit onyx wine walls. The wine procurement, management and service is overseen by Samantha Rahn, 2013 Sommelier of the Year.
