ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT PROCESS
When am I Eligible for Benefits? You are eligible for the Isle of Capri part-time employee benefits once you complete your eligibility waiting period of 90 days of active service and work an average of 20 or more hours per week.
When does my coverage begin? Benefits will begin the first of the month following the completion of your 90 day waiting period.
ENROLLMENT SESSIONS Why is it important to meet with an Enrollment Counselor during open enrollment?
To review and verify your current and upcoming elections and payroll deductions. Has
your life changed in the last year? How has it changed? It is important to take a look at your selections and adjust them accordingly to fit your needs and that of your family.
To review and, if necessary, update your beneficiaries. While beneficiary changes can be
made outside of open enrollment, open enrollment is a good time to reflect on changes that you may have had throughout the year and determine if you need to make a change.
Confirm that your contact information is correct and up-to-date.
To add or change Accident, Hospital Income, Cancer, Critical Illness, Life or Disability coverage, you must meet with an Enrollment Counselor.
Enrollment Counselors can also assist you with filing your Colonial Life Supplemental Wellness and other claims to help you obtain dollars due to you.
Enrollment Counselors can help provide you with a better understanding of your
benefits and options.
Check with your Human Resources Department to learn when your employee open enrollment meetings are scheduled. You can also sign up with Human Resources for a
one-on-one, personalized meeting time that is convenient to your schedule.
VERY IMPORTANT! You cannot change or enroll in the Accident,
Critical Illness, Cancer, Hospital Income, Life or Disability Coverage without the

How to Use Employee Access for Part-Time Benefit Transactions Enroll in or make changes to your health and welfare benefits using our online intranet site
at https://islenet. The IsleNet site is only available from an Isle of Capri Casinos network computer.

Log on to https://islenet. Click on Employee Access.
Your user name is the first initial of your first name and the first five letters of your last name and the last four digits of your social security number. If this is your first time logging into Employee Access, your password is your social security number. You will be prompted to assign a new password once you have answered security questions. (User Name Example: jsmith1234)
2. ► Click Benefits, then New Hire/Benefit Changes and/or Open Enrollment (as applicable) to begin making elections for your benefits.
3. ► Enter the Benefit Change Date and Benefit Change Reason. Benefit Change Date is the effective date of your benefits.
4. ► Select the Benefit Type plan elections you wish to enroll.
5. ► Select Continue which is the right arrow on the top of page.

Review your benefit elections. Read the statement and confirm your benefit elections by entering your
password twice. Submit your enrollment by selecting the disc icon located on the top of the page.

A confirmation of your benefit enrollment will be placed in your Inbox My Messages. New Hire/ Benefit Changes and Open Enrollment will be reviewed and approved if all applicable documentation is received in a timely manner. Before closing, print your benefit elections and retain a copy for your records and Logout of Employee Access.
