BS100B

The BS100B belt conveyor is ideal for transporting packages of various sizes and shapes. It can be used in many types of material handling application such as assembly operations, sorting, packaging, and inspection or for simply transporting product from point A to B.

Note: A short belt segment laced on both ends, commonly called a “Dutchman”, is provided on conveyors 35 ft. to 70 ft. This allows for future belt stretch with a standard end take-up. An underside take-up or center drive with take-up is recommended for conveyors over 70 ft. long.

BED - 4 in. deep x 12 ga. powder coated steel slider bed. Standard 5 ft. and 10 ft. long bolt-together sections with splice plates.

END DRIVE - Located on discharge end of conveyor. Chain guard is on left-hand side when standing at infeed looking toward discharge.

The BR100C belt conveyor is ideal for moving heavier loads. The roller bed design reduces belt friction which increase it’s load capacity. It can be used in many types of material handling applications such as assembly operations, packaging, and inspection or for simply transporting product from point A to B.

BED – 6-1/2 in. deep x 1 1/2 in. flange x 12 ga. powder coated steel channel frame with 1.9 dia. roller x 16 ga. tube spaced every 6 in. Standard 5 ft. and 10 ft. bolt-together sections with splice plates.

CROSS BRACING – Rods with turnbuckles are fastened to underside of bed to provide squaring adjustment and insure correct product tracking. Supplied on every other section, 30 ft. bed lengths and over.

CENTER DRIVE – Can be placed on any section of conveyor length. Minimum elevation – 17 7/8 in. Minimum OAL is 90". Chain guard is on left-hand side when standing at infeed looking toward discharge.

DRIVE PULLEY – 8 in dia. with 1 7/16 in. dia. shaft at bearing. Machined, crowned and fully lagged.

BRIThe BRI belt conveyor is ideal for transporting heavier products from floor-to-floor or as a booster conveyor in gravity flow systems. The roller bed design reduces belt friction and provides greater capacity. It includes an adjustable double nose-over to ensure smooth transfer from incline to horizontal that can be easily adjusted up to 30 degrees. The frame design makes it ideal for matching up with other roller bed conveyors.

BED – 7 1/2 in. deep x 1 1/2 in. flange by 12 ga. powder coated steel channel frame with bolt-in slider pans and cross members. 6 in. high guards. Bed sections bolt together with endcaps.

CENTER DRIVE / TAKE-UP – Underhung center drive with chain guard located on left-hand side when standing at infeed looking toward discharge

• DRIVE PULLEY – 8 in. dia. with 1 7/16 in. dia. shaft at bearings. Machined, crowned and fully lagged.

• TAKE-UP PULLEY – 6 in. dia. with 1 3/16 in. dia. shaft at bearings

• TAKE-UP – Provides 16 in. of belt take-up in center drive

TAIL PULLEY - 4 in. dia. with 1 in. dia. shaft at bearings or 6 in. dia. with 1 3/16 in. dia. shaft at bearing. Machined crown.


RETURN ROLLERS – Adjustable 1.9 in. dia. rollers. Grease packed ball bearings.

BEARINGS – Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings on drive and tail pulleys

With its 6 in. high guide rails and minimal belt gap between guide rails, the TBOH belt conveyor is ideal for handling empty cardboard boxes and paper trash.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENTFLOOR SUPPORTS – SMS floor supports are available in wide range of adjustments. Specify top of belt elevation. One support is required at every bed joint and at ends of conveyor. Holes in feet are provided for lagging to floor.

BELT – Black Trackmate 120 Roughtop with PVC cover

BELT SPEED – Other constant and variable speeds: 17-135 FPM in any increment. Contact factory for speeds not listed above.

PULLEYS - 6 in. dia. tail pulley with 1 3/16 in. dia. shaft at bearings in place of 4 in. when not furnished


SIDE MOUNTED CENTER DRIVE / TAKE-UP – Provides 16 in. of belt take-up and is suitable for reversing applications. 12 1/2 in. minimum elevation. 66 in. minimum OAL.


8 IN. END DRIVE – Requires underside take-up • Underhung end drive: 16 1/2 in. minimum elevation. 103 in. minimum OAL. • Side mount end drive: 10 in. minimum elevation. 95 in. minimum OAL.

INCLINE WITH NOSE-OVER AND INFEED - 5, 10, 12-1/2, 15, or 20 degree (See drawing below)

• NOSE-OVER – Fixed degree nose-over section providing transition from incline to horizontal

• TWO-PULLEY HITCH – Fixed degree section providing transition from horizontal infeed to incline while allowing one belt to be used for infeed and incline

HIGHER GUIDE RAILS – 12 in., 18 in., or 24 in. high vertical sides. 30 degree flare is also available.

ELECTRICAL CONTROLS – One direction manual start switch, reversing drum switch, non-reversing and reversible magnetic starters, push button stations, AC variable frequency drive.
