BOARD NOTESAt the April 18th Board Meeting, theBoard approved the following:
Bela Plumbing to replace the concrete base and re-pipe the pump
for the North Sprinkler System. Green Horizon for a one year contract to maintain the landscaping and plow in the Winter. Al’s Accurate Electric for various
work in the indoor pool room and onthe North Sprinkler Pump.

GARAGE SALE SATURDAY, MAY 19th 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
HOMEOWNERS’ PREVIEW AT 8:00 A.M.
There will be a $15.00 entry fee so we canadvertise in the Daily Herald and PressPublication and on their websites. We alsodisplay signs, advertising the event.
Join us in the fun to help make our 18th AnnualGarage Sale a huge success! It’s a great way tofind those bargains you’ve been looking for andmake extra cash from your sales.
Pick up an entry form at the Clubhouse and bringa check/cash for the $15.00 entry fee no laterthan Friday, May 18th. You will be given avinyl banner with two mounting sticks to display,demonstrating your participation in this year’sevent. Please note that if you participate withoutdisplaying the vinyl banner and/or paying theentry fee, you will be sighted for a violation.This event will proceed rain or shine!
This year St. Vincent DePaul will pick up items inbags or boxes on Monday, May 21st. Please haveyour donation ready by 7:30 a.m. (Receipts willbe left). Furniture will also be accepted. If you’reinterested in this service, give your name to theattendant when you sign up for the Garage Saleat the Clubhouse. This service will only beavailable to Garage Sale participants.

The time has finally come! The outdoor pool will open onSaturday, May 26th at 10:00 a.m.
On weekdays, Monday through Friday, the hours will be11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidaysthe outdoor pool hours are 10:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m.
Some of the basic rules:
Everyone who uses the pool must have a picture ID Card(Resident or Guest) that will be collected, swiped in the cardreader for validation and filed by the attendant or lifeguard.
The attendant or lifeguard will then give adult residents ablue plastic wrist bracelet; a green bracelet for resident
children 17 years through 14 years; a red bracelet for residentchildren 13 years and younger and guests will receive a
yellow bracelet. All guests must be accompanied by a resident. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied at all
times by an adult, at least 18 years of age, who can be aguest.
Resident children 14 years of age or older may use the out-door pool without adult supervision and may bring guests 14years of age or older.
Children not toilet trained are permitted in the wading poolonly.
All assessments must be current before using Clubhousefacilities. If an account is not current, the ID card will notallow access to the Clubhouse or the Pool Area.
KEEP OUR ASSOCIATION LOOKING BEAUTIFUL!With the new trash cans from the Village, please be aware that alltrash cans, lawn bags, firewood and other materials are not to bevisible from the street.
POOL OPENING PARTY!SUNDAY, MAY 27th10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
The Annual Pool Opening Party kicks off the outdoor pool season (The pool opens Saturday, May 26th).Everyone participates in this special “Brunch” by bringing a favorite dish to share with other Residents.
BRUNCH MENU SUGGESTIONS: egg casseroles,potatoes, salads, cheeses, fruit, breads, lunch casseroles and desserts.
This year the Club will be providing glazed ham as a luncheon entrée. For beverages, we will be servingfruit punch, champagne mimosas, orange juice, lemonade, bottled water and coffee/tea.
Please plan on joining your neighbors for a fun day at the pool!
RSVP— Call the Clubhouse with your food selection by Friday, May 25th.This event is for Residents only. The Party will proceed, Rain or Shine!
If weather permits, the party will be on the outdoor patio, but all food is to be set upin the downstairs bay area.
