LAWRENCEBURG BASKETBALLALUMNI REUNION

Dear Tiger,

Lawrenceburg Basketball and Whiskys Restaurant are excited to invite you and your family to attend the first annual LawrenceburgBasketball Alumni Reunion on Friday, September 28, 2012. We are doing our best to contact and invite all former basketball Tigers back to

LHS on this day for a reunion before and after the home football game with East Central. Due to conference realignment, this will also be thelast time the Tiger Football team plays East Central in the foreseeable future!

We will have space reserved in the front parking lot of LHS beginning at 4:45 pm. Pre-game food will be generously provided before the

game by a staple of our community, Whiskys Restaurant. We are asking a small fee for the event, and all proceeds go to the LawrenceburgBoys Basketball program to help provide a great experience for the current Tigers. The cost also includes a ticket to the football game for

each person on the registration, which begins at 7:00 pm. Please check-in upon arrival at the tailgate. You will receive your ticket(s) to thegame at this point. After the game, we have reserved space at Whiskys and the Lawrenceburger restaurants for the Lawrenceburg Basketbal

Alumni Reunion for you to continue the fun and socializing.

If you are interested in attending, or if you cannot attend and are interested in donating to the program, please fill out the attached sheet andreturn to Coach Blackwell at Greendale Middle School. Please pre-register so we can have the right amount of food on hand.

As you can imagine, trying to get an address for everyone was a very difficult task. We were able to get lots of addresses and email

addresses but there are some we were unable to get. Please help us by spreading the word of this reunion to any Lawrenceburg BasketballAlumni that you are in touch with or can be in touch with. If they did not receive this letter and registration, please forward it along or have

them contact me at 812-537-7259 or atjblackwell@lburg.k12.in.usand I will get them a copy immediately.

As a LHS class of 2000 graduate, I am thrilled to be a Tiger again. To represent you and all the other former Tigers is an honor and ahumbling opportunity for me. Lawrenceburg Basketball and Lawrenceburg Athletics played a huge part in my development as a person, as I

know it did for many that are reading this letter. While I am not shy to admit that it will be our goal to win every game we play, it is mylarger mission to make high school basketball the most valuable, rewarding, and enjoyable experience of our players lives; an experience

that will help better equip them for what lies ahead in all aspects of their lives. Connecting with great people like you and the great past ofthis program will help our current players feel a part of something bigger than themselves, which is an important part of being a part of a

program. We are excited about the 2012-2013 season and feel this reunion is a great way to start what will be a great year of TigerBasketball, while cheering on Tiger Football!

We are also excited to share that you can follow all things Lawrenceburg Basketball on the web atwww.lhshoops.blogspot.com.

Lastly, Lawrenceburg Basketball gear is for sale atwww.bsnsports.com. Enter the following team code: tigers4DW. The shop is open forsales until October 1. Orders will be available for pickup during school hours at Greendale Middle School from October 22-November 5. Ifunavailable to pick up during those times, please contact me directly. A portion of the proceeds go to the Lawrenceburg Athletic department.
