About the positionAs a Bank OpeAs a Bank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of world-class service in compliance with agreed quality standards, working procedures, timely and in line with SEB values. Your main duties will consist of entering data into banking systems, analysing information, communicating with other SEB group units and banks, and will work together with the team on continuous process improvement. You will get all necessary training and will work in an international environment, in close cooperation with the other teams in Vilnius and the rest of the sites (e.g. Sweden, Norway, etc.).

YYour profileTo succeed in this position, you need to have very good English language and computer skills, as well as strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Equally important it is to be accurate, attentive to details, to have good time management skills and to be client and result-oriented. Your personality is highly valued. You are positive, self-motivated and open-minded. As you will work in a team, we expect you to be a good team player with ability and willingness to grow.
