Guest Satisfaction, Financial Benefits & Cost Saving:

- Reducing turnover of food which allowed the hotel to reduce food cost by at

least 5%. This was reflected on exceeding the budget planned target.

- Regular maintenance, implemented as per the HACCP action plans, increased

the shelf life of all equipment.

- Quality of guest is moving up as tour agencies started to classify the hotel as

favourite in the destination.

- Improving the quality of food products provided by suppliers due to

conducting suppliers’ audits which was reflected on improving catering service

introduced to guests. This led to increased guest satisfaction.
