    Utilities

    All of your utilities are taken care of as we manage all bills including water, heating and cooling, and electricity. One less thing to worry about.

    Common Areas

    All common areas are maintained to a high standard for your use and include staffed reception area, fully equipped refreshment areas with bean to cup coffee stations, Wi-Fi equipped break out lounges, touchdown terminals and meeting and conference facilities.

    Facilities Management

    We work closely with multiple contractors including an in house team of maintenance professionals to ensure we provide and maintain high standards from building security to daily cleaning janitors.
