ProceduresThis session will demonstrate Attendance Reports that can be used to verify attendance data.

Daily Attendance Reports –Office/Attendance Reports
1. Day Summary Report -Schedule
2. Unrecorded Class Attendance/Recorded Class Attendance Reports -Schedule
3. Daily Balancing and Summary Report - Schedule
4. Enrollment Report – cannot schedule
5. Suspect orQuestionable Attendance Report - Schedule
Daily Attendance Reports –TX State Reporting Reports
1. Daily Funding Absence Report -Schedule
2. ADA vs. ADA FTE Report
3. ADA Report –New Options, schedule
4. Daily Balancing and Funding Report –Same report as under Attendance
Six Weeks Attendance Reports – Office/Attendance Reports
1. Teacher Verification Report – Allows teachers to sign off on attendance reported
2. Suspension/Expulsion and Attendance Audit Report – When using Action Detail Records this report can be run prior to running the Calculate Voc-Ed Hoursutility to verify thatcorrect attendance records have been entered for removing DAEP funding. Action Detail Records must be used for this report to pull data.

2. Record of Program Activity – Template for each Program Type
3. Daily Registers –Run for completed 6-week periods only
4. Contact HoursReport – Select option for 6-week and select terms to run for.
5. ADA/FTE Report
End of Semester/End of Year Reports–TX State Reporting Reports

Summary of Attendance Procedures
1. Teacher takes attendance daily and on time
2. Attendance Clerk – Runs Daily Reports, Updates daily Attendance as needed
3. Principal signsoff on reports each 6 weeks.
