timely manner & to maintain accurate reporting of labor, Payroll must be notified using form F-514.– Payroll is responsible for set up of new employees– Payroll maintains job change information

Time Clock download will add new data to the Kronos TimeKeeper System

Form (F-514) available via e-mail system

Type an X by EMAIL&

01 O/T -Punch (Lunch) 1 Hour– Round up to the scheduled start time if punch

is within 10 minutes before start time.– If employee punches in more than 10 minutes

before scheduled start time, will not round– Round back to the scheduled end time if

punch within 10 minutes of scheduled time.– Lunch 1 hour or Punch (whichever is greater)

Overtime over 40 hrs/weekOvertime over 40 hrs/week

03 O/T - Auto Deduct 1 Hour– Round up to the scheduled start time if punch is

within 10 minutes of scheduled start time.– If employee punches in more than 10 minutes

before scheduled start time, will not round– Round back to the scheduled end time if the

punch within 10 minutes of scheduled end time.– 1 Hour Lunch is automatically deducted.
