SAM FLEMING Director of LTRAXSam has worked in post-acute care since 1990, creating tools to help hospitals meet and maximize their benefits from mandated data collection. His company’s software systems, LTRAX and eRehabData, turn hospital data into valuable intelligence to guide LTACHs and IRFs in regulatory compliance and operational decision support.
Sam advises the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association on matters of national reimbursement and compliance policy and meets on their behalf with CMS, CBO, OMB, MedPAC, HHS, House Committee on Ways and Means, and other policymakers.
MARY DALRYMPLE Managing Director of LTRAX Mary has overseen the design, implementation, and continued expansion of LTRAX since its inception in 2011. She has 15 years experience in congressional, executive, and regulatory tracking and interpretation. As Managing Director of LTRAX, she applies that expertise to designing, implementing, and supporting software that meets hospitals’ quality reporting and other
requirements, as well as anticipating regulatory trends that will affect hospitals’ future operating environments.
TERESA HAYES, MSW, LICSW Management Consultant & Director of Business Development at Fleming-AODTeresa earned her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College. For the last 15 years, Teresa has managed business development, admissions, case management and marketing referral development across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facilities in the Greater Boston market and managed a team of
24 liaisons. Teresa’s areas of expertise include census development, inpatient and outpatient program development, marketing, and public relations.
MARTA BARDONNERChief Clinical Officer at Noland Health ServicesMarta is a performance-driven health care professional with over 13 years healthcare leadership experience. Her expertise lies in hospital operations and the development and implementation of business plans and customer service initiatives that increase profitability, improve patient quality of care and enhance family satisfaction. As Chief Clinical Officer at Noland Health, she
oversees a collaborative operational plan for six LTACHs, working with physicians to promote the highest quality patient care and satisfaction through evidence-based practice. Previously, she served as Chief Clinical Officer at Vibra Hospital of Fort Wayne where, among other responsibilities, she managed and directed clinical departments and maintained accreditation body requirements.

WILLIAM COOKSEY, RN, MBA, FACHE Corporate Director of Quality Reporting at LifeCare Management ServicesWilliam Cooksey is a Registered Nurse and experienced healthcare leader with a background in serviceline leadership, quality improvement, nursing informatics, data analytics, and project management. William serves as Corporate Director of Quality Reporting for multiple servicelines at LifeCare Health
Partners, which includes LTRAX related workflows, analytics, and reporting. Prior to joining LifeCare in 2015, he served as the Director of Quality for the Cardiovascular Serviceline for Baylor Scott & White Health in North and Central Texas. He has undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Management Information Systems, and a Masters in Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
SHARON HOFFMAN-SPECTORSr. Corporate Director of Quality Services at Vibra HealthcareSharon Hoffman-Spector is currently the Senior Corporate Director of Quality and Risk Services for Vibra Healthcare. She started working for Vibra in June, 2006, first as the DQM at Vibra Hospital of Northern California, and since September, 2013 has moved into the role of Corporate Director of Quality. Sharon has many years of experience in the Quality/Patient Safety/Risk Management/Case
Management roles in the private sector for third party payers and short-term acute care facilities. She has her RN, Bachelors and Masters in Nursing and is presently working on a Healthcare Analytic Certificate at the University of California, Davis.
KRIS A. ROGITZ, MAOM, BA, RRTVice President of Quality Services at Select MedicalKris joined the Select Medical family more than 15 years ago after the acquisition of American Transitional Hospital/Beverly Specialty Hospital. She currently serves as Vice President of Quality Services for the LTAC Hospital Division.
Kris is a highly skilled healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience with long-term acute care hospitals. She is well versed in hospital policies and procedures, performance improvement activity, survey and regulatory compliance, risk management and infection control.
