All 33 VCD's have to be viewed in thegivensequence.(EachCDbuildsonthepreviousones.Seeingthemoutofsequencecould dilute the power of this knowledge or possibly lead to some confusion.) 4There is no eating or drinking while viewing the CDs. The CDs are always shown in a clean and restful environment. 5TheparticipantsshouldhaveadiscussioneachdaybeforeoraftertheviewingoftheCD. (Having a discussion after each CD shown, is beneficial to help solidify the knowledge for many people. People can also share any experiences during the week they have had that relates to the knowledgeintheCDs.Singing,meditationorotherformatscanalsobeincludedduringthe session of showing the CD.) 6There should be no breaks or intervals.
