Hired after writing the strategic plan to launch a $1.2 million capital campaign.

Directed donor development efforts: secured cash and pledges to exceed capital requirements during 2011-

2013, in addition to increasing regular operating donations from $127K in 2010 to $182K in 2012.

Developed, coordinated and evaluated a franchising process for large churches that will develop over 5x the

number of leaders in the next 20 years as compared to the former ministry model.

Developed a new flagship marketing event and 15 weeks of group curriculum.

Conducted an extensive financial analysis resulting in a new pro forma to improve projections and minimize

operational adjustments due to inaccuracies.

Lead retreats and workshops on facilitating effective teams.

Systematic Theology Instructor - Chi Alpha Campus Minister in Training Program

Designed and taught an annual course in theology covering major topics in Evangelical Theology: revelation,

creation, attributes of God, Christology, Pneumatology, and Ecclesiology.

Assigned directed reading, structured reading feedback from the students, facilitated 18 hours of class using a

variety of pedagogical methods, and evaluated student theology position papers.

Developed an instructional model designed to anchor students in their denomination’s theological positions

and then provide a framework for evaluating the merits of alternative Evangelical theological positions.

Provided administration and event oversight to plan and execute several major events per month, hosting up

to 400 students and also arranged the relocation and expansion of the primary on-campus weekly meeting.

Designed the Biblical Studies program and core courses, including guiding curriculum development to

integrate live and written case studies into every course and creating a “Case Studies in Ministry” course.
