Let's look at some traits that put women in the forefront:

More flexible: Research says that biologically women havea smaller brain as compared to the male one, but they havemore nerve cells. They are more right-brain- oriented andthat makes women faster at transferring data. Women arealso more flexible and find it easy to multitask as

compared to men.

Team-building qualities: These are probably intrinsic towomen in the present socio-economic situation. Women arebetter team-builders and this stems from the fact that they are

essentially creators and home-makers. Theyre keener onco-operation and hence more easily compromise and takeeveryones opinions into account.

More accessible and better at empowering people: Theinherent maternal instinct that is within every woman makesthem more accessible and they are more ready and willing to

empower others.

Define job expectations better and give excellentfeedback:Thats because they are generally more articulate.They also shower appreciation easily and seek opinionwithout getting jittery. Generally, they outperform men atcommunications and interpersonal skills

Better adaptability: By nature, women are more adaptableand malleable.
