SHORT TERM OBJECTIVE

I have recently graduated my Bachelor of Architectural Design in 2012 and am seeking full-time work with an Architecture firm. I would like to gain valuable industry experience before continuing my studies. My interests are mainly in residential, multi-residential and multi-use projects. I also have a keen interest in travel and overseas projects.

LONG TERM OBJECTIVE

My plans are to continue study (Masters program) and to work overseas in a large architecture firm. Eventually I would like to start my own practice.

WORK EXPERIENCE

2012 Venice Biennale- Anupama Kundoo 1:1 Wall House Exhibition

I was involved with a team consisting of Anupama Kundoo, UQ and Italian students and local tradespeople to help with the construction and decsontruction of her exhibi-tion in the Biennale. Specific tasks required during the disassembly phase including the final testing of vault structures made for the exhibition, documentation of the dismantling process and arranging the logistics for shipping material back to India for a student build project scheduled for the summer of 2013/14.

broadbeach surf lifesaving club

The Broadbeach Surf Lifesaving Club’s new outfit is designed to clearly distinguish and manage the differences between the private (back of house) members areas and the front of house facilities which service the street edge and beach. While maintaining the already successful members culture the new club will also welcome the public into it’s front of house domain with a cafe and upstairs function space. The private members area has its own pri-vate deck where members can enjoy an extended recreational area looking out to the pine trees behind the club.
