In exploration of the properties of plastics, a water bottle is dissected into serveral components. The cylinder of the bottle is cut apart, then heat is applied

with a clothes iron with a piece of vellum in between to prevent sticking, creating this distinctive texture formed from the process of heating and cooling of the plastic.
