General Statement:

R.L. Osborn, Architect was established in 2002 by Robert Osborn a California licensed

Architect with 32 years of experience in Southern California. Working with our clients

we create outstanding and innovative design solutions utilizing clear and concise design

and construction documents.

Long and established relationships with trusted engineering consultants help to assure a

positive experience for our clients and a successful outcome for their projects. We are

committed to our clients and their projects. Our clients benefit from our experience and

knowledge as we assist them in navigating the complex process of building in Southern

California.

Services Provided: Commercial and residential design including new construction

remodels, additions, tenant improvements, building re-use and occupancy changes,

accessibility and code consultation.

General Information:

Prior to establishing the firm Robert was employed at various architectural firms starting

as a draftsman at Antell Freeman Associates in 1983. Responsibility and growth

continued as a job captain at Ace Freeman and Associates, Project Manager and Designer

at Richard Lewis Architects and Land Planners, Senior Project Manager at Research

Design and Marketing (RDM) and Senior Project Manager at Clarkwerks Architects.

During this time Robert completed studies at Golden West College and the University of

California Irvine. He holds an AA in Architecture and a certificate in commercial and

industrial project development management.

Robert is licensed by the California Architects Board, License number C-29125 and is a

certified construction specifier (CCS) through the Construction Specifications Institute.
