HAPPY EASTER! ALLELUIA, ALLELUIA!!! Holy Week, began with Palm Sunday, and continued with the celebration of the Last Supper on Holy Thursday. We then walked with Jesus as He embraced His Passion on Good Friday, and we reflected on Christ crucified. One of the most comforting thoughts that we can reflect on is that if we have died with Christ, we shall also rise with Him and pass from death to life. This is the keynote of the Easter mystery that all of us need to embrace as we now live fifty days of Easter Celebration as one “great Sunday”. We embrace this Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday with joy in our hearts! Alleluia, alleluia… “Happy Easter!” Share the Good News with someone who does not know, and help make a profound change in his or her life. Blessings, Fr. Cas

OPERATION RICE BOWL—HUNGERING FOR CELEBRATION! We prayed, fasted and gave alms—and now we celebrate! Our Lenten journey with CRS Rice Bowl ends in our own hearts, where Jesus reigns forever. Let us rejoice in our Risen Lord—and in the lives we’ve changed this Lent in Tanzania, Niger, Nicaragua, Lebanon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and all over the world! Don’t forget to turn in your CRS Rice Bowl Donations. Any donations that you have can be placed in the regular Sunday Collection.

GOOD FRIDAY COLLECTION Christians around the world are united in a special way during Lent, Holy Week and Easter. Our hearts, minds and prayers are also especially aware of the Holy Land. Our Parish, once a year on Good Friday, is called on to support Christians in the Holy Land. Many Christians in the Holy Land depend on the collection for their lives As a pontifical collection requested by Pope Francis, the annual Good Friday Collection offers a direct link for Parishioners to be witnesses of peace to help protect the Holy Places. When you donate to the Good Friday Collection, you are supporting Christians in the Holy Land. Franciscans and others in the Holy Land are housing and feeding the poor, providing religious formation and education, maintaining shrines and parishes, and conducting pastoral ministry. For more information, visit MyFranciscan.org/good-Friday. The Good Friday Collection is requested by the Holy Father. Please be as generous as your abundance allows. Any donations that you have can be place in the regular Sunday Collection.
