Message from the Desk of President

The issue of “Nugget”, Newsletter attempts to offer a snapshot of

college’s academic and extracurricular life. It also reflects upon the dedicated

efforts made by faculty and students for taking the institution one step ahead.

BWEC is working with a vision to march towards a glorious

development in the field of technology and its pleasure to note that everyone in

the campus are equally contributing to it.

The Newsletter is a significant epitome to project the faculty and

student’s academic growth. We need to figure out the new trends of technology

and give our best to refine for our better prospects.

I wish you all the best to the faculty and students for scaling newer

✓ July 30, 2016 on 3rd Graduation Day BWEC students (2011-2015 ) were Awarded Original Degrees.

✓ Sept 30, 2016 on the Eve of World Blood Donor Day’s, Dr D.V.Lakshmi, the Principal of BWEC

extended a voice on the need and participation in Blood Donation.

✓ Feb 15, 2017 On the eve PSLV launch of 104 Satellites in a single mission from the Space centre at

SRIHARIKOTA, AP, BWEC felicitated the mother (k. Malleshwari) of k Ashok Kumar, ISRO Scientist.

✓ March 8, 2017 BWEC celebrated international Women’s Day.

✓ April 17, 2017 witneesed “Fire week Activities” and the Department of Fire held a Healing and Safety

campaign and Sri Jaipaul, official of Fire Department acted as Instructor .

✓ 25/5/2016 to 3/6/2016, 44 cadets attended for ATC-III camp at VVIT, Nambur and our college cadets got

best cadet, Drill, Pilot drill and Anchor awards.

✓ 3/10/2016 to 12/10/2016, three of our cadets attended the Pre-RDC selection camp at VRS & YRN

College, chirala. All the three cadets were selected for the Pre-RDC camp.

✓ On 2nd oct’ 2016 our NCC unit conducted Swatch Bharath program at Bapatla.

✓ 14/2/2017 to 17/2/2017 with the support of 10(A) Girls Btn Weapon Training program was Orgnaized

for both ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificate Exams to be held at Army Recruitment Office, and 40 cadets for ‘B’

and 18 cadets for ‘C’ appeared.
