• Pollution Contributions– Drove to school in a car (CO2)

– Used printer to print out assignment before class (VOCs)

– Used hairspray for fix hair for school (CFCs)

• Solutions to the Problems– Form or join a carpool

– Email assignment to teacher or use eco-friendly ink

– Use eco-friendly hairspray

Noon

• Pollution Contributions– Used plastic utensils during lunch (Bisphenol A)

– Used styrofoam cup to drink out of (Hydrocarbons + polystyrene = tropospheric ozone

– Sprayed perfume to freshen up (VOCs)

• Solutions to the Problems– Brought metal utensils from home

– Brought a reusable plastic cup

– Used eco-friendly perfume

– Drove home in a car (CO2)

– Cooked dinner on a gas stove (Natural gas)

– Cleaned kitchen with cleaning products (XXX) (VOCs)
