The basics of our program The APC Channel Partner Program offers clearly differentiated program levels that reflect your core competencies and area of expertise.  

With four levels – Registered, Select, Premier, and Elite – you leverage benefits as you advance. You’ll gain valuable insight into where the market is going and where you can take your business.

Program level revenue requirements

Each program level has its own set of revenue and competency requirements. Competency is related to certifications discussed on page 4 below.

Partner Opportunity Program The Partner Opportunity Program (POP) is our way of rewarding high-performing partners who have demonstrated they take a project and run with it. Partners Select and above, who have access to the Partner Opportunity Management Portal, or POMP (part of our salesforce.com suite), are eligible to receive opportunities from our sales teams. To gain access to POMP, contact your APC Partner Development Manager.

Small IT Solutions Program The Small IT Solutions Program is designed to award discounts for solution selling even if the project does not meet revenue requirements for ORP. Partners who create a solution using the Small IT Solution Designer can receive discounts from 8 to 12 percent.

Data Center Demo Program Premier Partners buying data center equipment who are using a demo or showcase for their customers are eligible to receive a 20 percent discount.

Profit As you progress through each tier of our program, your profit opportunities increase. The program provides financial differentiation to partners, including: points-based rewards, opportunity registration, back-end incentives, and other programs ensuring our partners’ profitability.

APC Rewards Program The APC Rewards Program awards points to partners who sell APC products. Points can be redeemed for more than a million different prizes, redeemed for distribution credit, or market development funds.

Opportunity Registration Program The Opportunity Registration Program (ORP) rewards partners who identify, develop and win new APC business opportunities in the absence of APC field participation. A neutral registration process validates and protects new opportunities to motivate invested partners to generate incremental APC business. Approved opportunities remain registered for six months and are eligible for a special discount.
