INTRODUCTION

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC was established in Dubai in 2005. It set out itself to be

the supplier of waterproofing solutions to commercial, industrial and residential

customers. Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC has been saving time, effort and money for

its customers ever since.

During these 12 years, Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC discovered that there are

hundreds of waterproofing membrane suppliers servicing the market just as many

products to choose from. Company found, through trial and error, that many

products had a relatively short life span of between 3 to 5 years and they did not

respond to the needs of fast application. As such, waterproofing contractors could

not give any significant, meaningful warranty to their work.

But Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC has identified superior product solutions for

waterproofing. Trained professional applicators, strong successful relationships with

manufacturers and suppliers and involvement of suppliers throughout the project

provide meaningful warranties.

BASEMENT WATERPROOFING

every basement and situation is different from others and they need to know where

the moisture could possibly come from.

They use the three methods to cope with your basement problems:

Interior Sealants & Waterproofing: Cracks in the concrete foundations are sealed

through special sealant materials. They also apply concrete waterproofing coating

to concrete walls in basement.

Exterior Waterproofing: They apply this to prevent the moisture damaging the

foundation. Waterproofing coating is applied to the walls after excavating around

the home to the bottom of foundation and directs the water down to drain system.


Interior & Exterior Drainage: To keep the water from entering your home we set up a

proper sump pump system in your basement that pumps the water out from your

home.

WALL WATERPROOFING

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC provides both internal and external wall

waterproofing. Sometimes, there is a gap left between window frames and

masonry during masonry work. This gap widens with the passage of time

creating some leakage problems.

The waterproof coating, they apply has a quick drying property. So, it takes less

time and job is done quickly. It is a tough and flexible coating. Coating is twice

as thick as normal paint and it is resistant to algae and fungus.

There are exterior paints available in market that seems fancy and has a

thickness of only 50-60 microns. That level of thickness does not provide much

resistant to the water pressure. But they use waterproofing coating that is as

thick as 110-120 microns to provide enough resistant to water pressure.

ROOF WATERPROOFING

Roof is an important part of any structure that protects us from different weather

conditions. But it is also directly affected by the sunlight, wind and rain so we need

some measurements to protect it. Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC provide you a mean

which ensures that water is carried away from the building without causing any

dampness in walls or roofs. Before applying waterproofing materials to roofs Anwar

Al Rawdha Tech LLC prepare the surface of roof for waterproofing by cleaning,

washing and removing dust, oil and grease.

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC applies multiple coats of waterproofing co-polymer and

cementitious waterproofing materials to gain the thickness of membrane. They

mainly use liquid applied membrane (LAM) as it is not affected by weather

conditions like humidity, rain or extreme hot weather.

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC also use Pre-formed sheet membranes if needed. It is

the polymer-modified bitumen membranes and it is applied by heat. They have

recovery properties which make them suitable for contraction and expansion of a

building in fluctuating temperature.

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC also apply insulation on a roof of the building which

keeps the building cold in hot weather. They also take steps to protect insulation by

applying vapor retarder such as plastic sheets between roof deck and insulation.

They then apply roof membrane over insulation to make a roof system watertight.


WATER TANK WATERPROOFING

Seepage and leakage in overhead and underground tanks aid in the growth of

algae and fungus and make your health and structure of tank weak and unstable.

Before applying waterproofing solution to the desired area, the area must be made

smooth and must be cleaned from dirt, oil and other loose particles. Then Anwar Al

Rawdha Tech LLC repairs the cracks or any other damage using a thin mortar that

can fill cracks in masonry. After the filling become dry we apply the first

waterproofing coating using trowel and second coating after four hours. This

coating is cement based and is highly flexible from inside and outside.

SWIMMING POOL WATERPROOFING

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC use cement base products for treating leakage in

swimming pool because they are ideal for such cases. Before applying cementitious

waterproofing to the problem, Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC find the cause of

leakage using underwater magic products. Causes may include holes,

honeycombing, damage concrete or joints between vertical walls and ground.

Then before applying waterproofing material to the substrate they remove dust, oil

and any other particles using grinders and fresh water only.

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech LLC applies 3 layers of waterproofing membrane, second

and third layer is applied when the first layer has dried. Tests are conducted to

make sure that the treated area has successfully become watertight. For testing, fill

the pool at slow rate and for comparison fill the test vessel with water and keep it

next to the pool.

Tiles are mounted after all the layers are dried up and we make sure that the tiles

are aligned with other tiles.
