INTRODUCTION

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC was established in 2005. We set out ourselves to be the supplier of technical services like Air-Conditioning Installation, Electrical Fitting, Partitions & False Ceiling, Plumbing, Sanitary, Building Maintenance and Waterproofing Solutions to commercial, industrial and residential customers. We been saving time, effort and money for its customers ever since.

During these 13 years, we discovered that we are doing well in waterproofing services so we focused all our efforts in the field of waterproofing.

Company found, through trial and error, that many products had a relatively short life span and they did not respond to the needs of fast application. But we have identified superior product solutions for waterproofing. We became trained professional applicator of waterproofing system through certifications and giving professional training to our staff. Strong successful relationships with manufacturers and suppliers and involvement of suppliers throughout the project provide meaningful warranties, so that we can establish the relationship of trust with our customers.

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC creates a comprehensive solution to your problem, as every basement and situation is different from others and they need to know where the moisture could possibly come from. We use three methods to cope with basement leakage problem: Interior Sealants & Waterproofing: Cracks in the concrete foundations are sealed through special sealant materials. Exterior Waterproofing: They apply this to prevent the moisture damaging the foundation. Waterproofing coating is applied to the walls after excavating around the home to the bottom of foundation and directs the water down to drain system.


Interior & Exterior Drainage: To keep the water from entering your home we set up a proper sump pump system in your basement that pumps the water out from your home.

WALL WATERPROOFING

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC provides both internal and external wall waterproofing. Sometimes, there is a gap left between window frames and masonry during masonry work. This gap widens with the passage of time creating some leakage problems.

The waterproof coating, they apply has a quick drying property. So, it takes less time and job is done quickly. It is a tough and flexible coating. Coating is twice as thick as normal paint and it is resistant to algae and fungus.

There are exterior paints available in market that seems fancy and has a thickness of only 50-60 microns. That level of thickness does not provide much resistant to the water pressure. But they use waterproofing coating that is as thick as 110-120 microns to provide enough resistant to water pressure.

ROOF WATERPROOFING

Roof is an important part of any structure that protects us from different weather conditions. But it is also directly affected by the sunlight, wind and rain so we need some measurements to protect it. Before applying waterproofing materials to roofs Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC prepare the surface of roof for waterproofing by cleaning, washing and removing dust, oil and grease. Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC applies multiple coats of waterproofing co-polymer and cementitious waterproofing materials to gain the thickness of membrane. They mainly use liquid applied membrane (LAM) as it is not affected by weather conditions like humidity, rain or extreme hot weather. Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC also use Pre-formed sheet membranes if needed. It is the polymer-modified bitumen membranes and it is applied by heat. They have recovery properties which make them suitable for contraction and expansion of a building in fluctuating temperature. Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC also apply insulation on a roof of the building which keeps the building cold in hot weather. They also take steps to protect insulation by applying vapor retarder such as plastic sheets between roof deck and insulation. They then apply roof membrane over insulation to make a roof system watertight.

Before applying waterproofing solution to the desired area, the area must be made smooth and must be cleaned from dirt, oil and other loose particles. After the filling become dry we apply the first waterproofing coating using trowel and second coating after four hours. This coating is cement based and is highly flexible from inside and outside.

SWIMMING POOL WATERPROOFING

Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC use cement base products for treating leakage in swimming pool because they are ideal for such cases. Before applying cementitious waterproofing to the problem, Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC find the cause of leakage using underwater magic products. Causes may include holes, honeycombing, damage concrete or joints between vertical walls and ground. Then before applying waterproofing material to the substrate they remove dust, oil and any other particles using grinders and fresh water only. Anwar Al Rawdha Tech Services LLC applies 3 layers of waterproofing membrane, second and third layer is applied when the first layer has dried. Tests are conducted to make sure that the treated area has successfully become watertight. For testing, fill the pool at slow rate and for comparison fill the test vessel with water and keep it next to the pool.

Tiles are mounted after all the layers are dried up and we make sure that the tiles are aligned with other tiles.

• SHED NO 7 at HUTCHISON AJMAN INTERNATIONAL TERMINALS LIMITED:

This project involves the waterproofing of warehouse metal sheds which are fragile and thus required special care. We’ve installed the safety line systems for fall protection. The shed has many overlapping opening and holes and we’ve successfully sealed all the openings and holes.


• PRIME RESIDENCY 1 & 2, INTERNATIONAL CITY DUBAI: This project involves 2 buildings which have leakage problems in the toilet areas especially coring of some apartments, balconies, ground & basement parking and also ceiling of some apartments. We’ve successfully completed the project using waterproofing techniques which doesn’t require the tiles to be removed. With the combination of special sealants and waterproofing materials we’ve stopped all the leakage from apartments and other effected areas.

• WATERPROOFING OF MEDICAL CLINIC AT ADDAX TOWER, ABU DHABI:

This project involves waterproofing of toilets and cores.


• Waterproofing of Underground water tank at Emirates Flight Catering, DIP.

This project involves the waterproofing of underground water tank for Emirates flight catering service. Project was carried out in emergency as this underground water tank is necessary for catering purposes. Non toxic polyurethane material was used there with 10 years leakage warranty.


• Skylight sealing at Gargash Mercedes Benz Showroom, Dubai


• Ritz Carlton and Hilton Fountain, RAK:

This project was carried out to stop the leakage which made the fountains at Al-Hamra premise to empty in a day. The leakage was found at pump area due to defective work and we have properly sealed it and stopped the leakage.


• Waterproofing of tank at Steven Rock L.L.C, RAK:

This project was carried out to stop the leakage of galvanized water tank. Metal Panel Sheets were not straight due to which there was a noticeable gap between the panels and hence it was a structural defect as a whole. But after waterproofing, leakage has been stopped completely.
