Course Information




Outline

Live patient treatment offers a unique insight into clinical treatment reality. Delegates will

have the unique and rare opportunity of observing and interacting with Dr Mizrahi as he

treats an aesthetically demanding patient with a single central incisor all-ceramic crown.

Delegates will be able to look over Dr Mizrahis shoulder and interact with him as he works. In

addition, all treatment will be filmed through a microscope with a HD video camera and

shown live on a large screen and monitors.

The course provides 6 hours of verifiable CPD points / day .

Learning Objectives

Delegates will learn:

Case assessment and treatment planning

Tooth preparation designs and techniques

Fabrication of aesthetic of temporary crowns that enhance tissue health and

improve impression results

Tissue management and final impression techniques

Material selection and cementation techniques for all ceramic crowns

Actual case to be treated tooth #21 Stages

Removal of existing post and aesthetic temporisation Day 1 Root whitening (if necessary) and new endodontic treatment

New post and core

Final preparation and impression Day 2 Final cementation Day 3




Detailed Programme

Day 1 Friday 13th March 2015

Removal of existing crown and post and aesthetic temporisation

9.00 10.00 Morning seminar Case assessment

Outline of the treatment procedures and techniques that will be used

o Preparation technique and design

o Temporisation

10.00 - 10.30 Break

10.30 13.00 Live treatment of case

13.00 - 14.00 Lunch break (delegates to make own arrangements)

14.00 16.30 Live treatment of case

Day 2 To be announced

Final preparation, Remargination of Temporary crown and Final

impression

Includes a seminar on margin refinement, impression techniques, remarginating temporary

crowns.

Day 3 To be announced

Final cementation

Includes a seminar on all ceramic crowns material selection, cementation techniques.

Course Venue

The course sessions are held at Dr Mizrahis integrated practice and teaching facility at

38 Harmont House

20 Harley Street (entr Queen Anne St)

London, W1G 9PJ

The practice is located in Harmont House which is on the corner of Harley and Queen Anne

Street with the entrance in Queen Anne Street. The closest underground is Oxford Circus or

Bond Street. Once in the Harmont House, take the lift to the 4th floor, then exit on 4th floor,

turn right, walk through the wooden door and then up two small flights of stairs to 5th floor.

The cost for day 1 will be 275+VAT (330).

Booking conditions

All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis.

Due to limited spaces available on our courses, attendance on all booked days is expected

and payments are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event of course cancellation by us, we will endeavour to inform all delegates 2

months before the course date. All course fees will be reimbursed in full.
