SOLUTION: INFRATAB FRESHTIME™ + EPC

Each perishable has a unique spoilage rate (shelf life).

Perishable producers use shelf life to determine an expiration date.

The spoilage rate is based upon the principal that a perishable’s microbiological

& biochemical deterioration varies in response to temperature.

Infratab correlates temperature and time to determine %-shelf-life-used.
