You know, I have often remembered, with some nostalgia, that we used to have questions from the floor, and I think it had some- thing to be recommended for it; however, I see this room is not set up with micro- phones back in the audience, so if you will be kind enough to pass the questions up to us, on bits of paper, we will sort them OUt. I would like to introduce first Dr. Charles Hamilton, who was an associate of ours in Grand Rapids for two years, and is now practicing in Columbus, Ohio.
