Hassan Khamsei has been a student of mine in the Baking and Pastry Department here atCHIC. He has demonstrated not only a fine level of skill, but he has also been a wellmotivated and organized student. He is a very hard worker in the kitchen. He does notshirk from the difficult, thankless jobs that come up daily; to the contrary, he volunteerswhenever he sees that help is needed or there is something that needs doing.

If Hassan becomes apart of your kitchen tearn, he will quickly go from being a teamplayer to a team leader. You will be pleased not only with his production work, but hisworkplace professionalism. I have valued his ability to do his work quietly, neatly and ina timely fashion. He knows how to follow directions, and he takes instruction well.
