The site is only 25 km from Siliguri the second largest city in

West Bengal and the Gateway to the North Eastern States as

well as the neighbouring countries of Bhutan, Nepal and

Bangladesh. The site is 40 km from Bagdogra Airport and 18

km from New Jalpaiguri on the Teesta Barrage

The Star Category Eco Resort II, Budget Eco Resort I &II has been successfully bidded

out. In the current phase, Star Category Eco Resort I and the Hospitality Institute is being

offered on a Lease basis of thirty years with renewal option of another thirty years. The

other components shall also be bidded out shortly.
