TRADE SHOW INFORMATION

Hours: Thursday, November 8th (7:30am-6:00pm) Friday, November 9th (7:30am-12:30pm) Exhibit Area: The trade show will be adjacent to the meeting rooms. All breaks will be held in the exhibit area. Exhibitor space is an 10’x10’ booth; all booths are separated by pipe and drape.

Set up: Wednesday, Nov, 7th, 2pm –9:00 pm. The hotel has a loading area at the end of the driveway of the front of the Embassy Suites (elevator goes down to the back of Grand Pavilion). For larger items, use tunnel (tunnel dimensions: 7ft h x 9ft w)

Breakdown: Please break down between 12:30pm (end of breakout sessions) and 3:30pm on Friday, November 9th.

Electricity/Internet: The hotel charges $60 one-time fee for standard electrical hookup and you may reserve your hookup by checking the box on your registration sheet. Wireless internet is complimentary. Wired internet connection is one-time charge of $150 per booth.

The hotel charges for drayage. Please check fees with the hotel directly if you plan to ship items.

Security: No special security is provided and NCSA assumes no liability for loss or damage to your display or equipment.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS - Deadline to book your room is October 17, 2018(2) Options: Winston-Salem Marriott and Embassy Suites Winston-Salem (hotels are connected via skywalk)

Marriott: guest room amenities include refrigerator, coffee maker, and flat screen TV, and complimentary wireless high speed internet. Hotel scheduled to complete renovations in Summer of 2018 that include a total makeover of guest rooms and public areas.

Embassy Suites: guest room rate includes full cooked-to-order breakfast buffet & evening Manager’s reception, daily. All standard rooms are two-room suites with separate parlor with sleeper sofa. SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES

Our Silent Auction raises funds for the NCSA Scholarship Program. All donors will be fully acknowledged. Donations can be tools, supplies, services, excursions, etc. Please note on the registration sheet if you plan to bring an item for the auction.

PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS Increase your impact with a program ad! Participants often keep programs for year-round reference. All ads are full color and must be received by September 25. All expo sponsors receive a free ad (see details on registration form).
