Dear Friends & Exhibitors,

You represent THE BEST OF SAND & THE GIANTS OF OFF-ROAD and we thank you for participating in the 8th Annual Extreme Motorsports Expo 2010. It is hard to believe that an entire year has passed since we have seen many of you, and look forward to pulling together again to create yet another amazing event. We are also excited to meet the many new vendors who are joining us for the first time.

It is the goal of the entire EME Family to get all of you into your booths and set-up as quickly and efficiently as possible. In order to help us accomplish this, please read through the following information very carefully. The information contained in this packet will answer questions such as:

My booth requires electric, do I need to order it? How do I do so?Can I sell products to the public @ the event? What do I need to do?How do I reserve an RV Campsite? How much does it cost?How many vendor badges do I need? How can I order more?How much are vendor parking passes? How many can I order?May I bring a “Display Vehicle” to be placed outside for added exposure?What opportunities are available to maximize my exposure at the event?…..AND MORE!

We kindly ask that you keep in mind the number of companies who will be setting up booths for the weekend, and refer back to the information herein to answer any frequently asked questions you may have before calling your sales rep. Vendor BadgesIssued

The number of Vendor Badges issued to each Exhibitor depends upon the size of their booth. Please refer to the Pyramid & look up the size of booth you reserved to see the number of passes you will be given. To determine the number of badges you’ll receive if your booth is outside, figure out your sq/ft and divide by TWO. Then check the chart to the right for the number of passes you’ll be issued.

….. A Few Closing Words …..

Please remember that any vehicle that will be INSIDE any of the buildings will have to have battery cables disconnected, fuel tanks no more than ¼ full (maximum 5 gallons), filter caps locked and/or sealed with tape and alarm systems deactivated during show hours.

Any vehicle that is used as part of your booth display MUST be in place NO LATER than 2:00 p.m. on Friday 5/21, and cannot be moved until Sunday night at 5:30 p.m., or when the all-clear is given.

Due to a misunderstanding in the date this packet was to be mailed out, our host hotel & decorator’s information is not included. We felt it more important to get you this info ASAP, and send a subsequent email with the information not included herein, than to wait for it. For those of you needing Hotel Accommodations, or Decorating Services, please send our Office Manager, Wynter McGary a quick E-mail and she will make certain you receive the info next week when it is given to us. We apologize for this delay and will make every effort to assist you in any order or reservation that needs to be placed. Thank you for understanding.
