KEY TERMS

• Linkedin Activity – Updates, Posts, Likes, Shares, Comments and Updates to Profile.

• Connect – people you know or have just met. You see their Activity on Linkedin and they see yours on their Home Page (Activity Feed). You can see each other’s connections and message each other through Linkedin.

• Contact – “message” through Linkedin (InMail) only 1st level connections or through a mutual Linkedin Group or email outside of Linkedin

• Follow – people and or companies (Best Kept Secret!)…Advice: “Follow” instead of Connect unless you know the person.
