Having said this, the most unfortunate thing is that still many organizations are

stuck with Strategic/ Legacy HR

In an Agile environment its essential for an HR to help manage the -

• Organizational Work Culture : no hierarchy, no cubicles, no formal dress code.

• Fat Free HR policies : leaves, appraisals, flexible work timings.

• Salary Structure

• Recruitment

• Team Outings

• CSR Activities

That’s how we scaled from just a 3 developers Startup to a company of 50 experienced developers successfully, by implementing such fat-free HR policies.

So how was this achieved as there is a very fine line between being relaxed and taking

advantage?

Simple Initiatives Ownership of tasks /problem areas +

collaborative thinking, taking lean steps…

HR is not a calculative process since it is a subject to change based upon continuous

feedbacks
