That was when NASA decided to get a new social media director...

…and this is the new video NASA came up with…

then this happens

4. Interject another point of view to challenge the

narrative

5. Include a moment of reflection

6. A call to action at the end

Luckily, this story about poor little NASA has a happy ending.
