One of the reasons members join the organisation is tolearn how to teamwork. We provide this experience byputting together at least 3 talents to collaborate & worktogether.

The Team Leader should should showcase the AIESEC& Leadership way for the new talents to follow.

The perfect team is the one where the membership isaware of its purpose of creation in the first place. We don'tcreate teams just to create teams. There's a purpose thatthe members needs to understand. Not only the purpose ofAIESEC but also the purpose of their potential leadershipwithin the team.

Talents should behave following the AIESEC way, theyhave to showcase the organization values & the things theybelieve in and matter the most to them. Talents should becustomer and solution oriented. - Set the Why of the team- Team ambition-Team expectations- Team rules- Define your values- Your vision- Your principles

TEAM RULES

The team rules should be set at the beginning of theexperience. Clear, easy and memorable rules to set asmooth atmosphere in the team. Rules should follow theentity rules, to ensure an organized & respectful work andalso act following the rules so everyone can assume hisresponsibility.

TEAM MEETINGSWeekly Meetings

GET ON BOARDCommunication is very important in AIESEC.Everyday communication through emails is greatbut a physical one each week is very important tokeep your team updated and also motivatedtowards the goals.1st Meeting: Set rules, expectations of each onetowards everyone.

Meetings:ex: the purpose of the meeting, a spot forrecognition, open the meeting with energizers,someone to chair the meeting, review the workprogress ... etc

TEAM DAYGet Together

It's very important for the talent to stay motivated,to get to know the members more closely in orderto ensure a great team work. We do that throughbonding activities that we deliver at least once perquarter, throught trips, through events. It helpshave a better look at the talent.

Find out who isa competiter, a team worker, and what kind of aperson your members are.

TEAM BUILDINGGet Together

Activities we can run through departmentmeetings, LCM, gatherings. They are fun,purposeful activites to gather the team, to keep thespirit & stay focus on the goals while workingtogether. They can be an introduction to yourmeetings or as a closing.
