If provider initiates connection, Access Status will reflect “Pending” until organization approves connection and visa versa if a surrogate requests the connection until the provider approves it.

Log into your account or go back to Home Page to view Pending Connections.
Do this as a provider being asked to Connect OR as a Surrogate requesting a Connection with a provider.
This is a view of Surrogate with pending provider connections.

Once you click on Submit…

You are then taken here to either Approve or Reject the other product connections for this provider/surrogate

You now have addedthis organization as a surrogate on your behalf.
If provider initiates connection, Access Status will reflect “Pending” until organization approves connection.
The same is true if organization initiates connection until provider/supplier has approved the connection.
