If provider initiates connection, Access Status will reflect “Pending” until organization approves connection and visa versa if a surrogate requests the connection until the provider approves it.

Log into your account or go back to Home Page to view Pending Connections.
Do this as a provider being asked to Connect OR as a Surrogate requesting a Connection with a provider.
