Todd Richards, 46, was named head coach of the Blue Jackets on 5/14/12 after leading the club to an 18-21-2 record (16-14-1 over the final 31games) in 2011-12. He joined CBJ prior to the season and took over as interim head coach on 1/9/12.  Richards compiled a 77-71-16 record asthe head coach of MIN from 2009-11 and served as an assistant with the SJS in 2008-09.
