Help with
Your S.M.A.R.T. friend will liaise with your key worker to help you achieve set goals

You will be able to contact your S.M.A.R.T friend at times when you need them.
Your S.M.A.R.T friend will be an ex-service user who understands your needs. They will be able to signpost and enable you to choose goals that suit you.
For all activities you attend with your S.M.A.R.T Friend you will receive points.
Each month, these points will be used to reward your commitment and motivation.
A S.M.A.R.T Friend will encourage and empower you to achieve your personal
