The Visual Language and the Look & Feel for Stride Store is Contemporary; Sophisticated; Artistic/ Crafted; Warm; Detailed; Discovery; with an Indian Ethos. I-AM created the brand identity for Stride stores, besides being responsible for creating the instore visual language and leveraging the customer journey to design the offline Stride store.

The Master Plan of Delhi 2021 has a chapter on transit oriented development (TOD) that has proposed a few corridors around Delhi as part of the first phase.
The project in Karkadooma involves development of 75 acre of land in east Delhi.
It will follow the TOD norms and get FAR of 400.
It is strategically located between two Metro lines. It will consist of residential units and space for commercial offices.
The total cost of the project is Rs 4,500 Cr.
The project will be a green complex. It will follow the zero discharge principle.
The project will include 4,800 houses, 80,000 sqm of retail space, a five-acre park, apart from a sculptures and laser park and a circular skywalk.

Integrated Bus Terminal Complexes, on the lines of successful models in Gujarat, is proposed Vizag at estimated cost of Rs. 250 Cr.
Proposed at the city terminal at Maddilapalem over an area of 7 acres.
The Bus Terminal at ground, about 2-3 floors for APSRTC & mall format retail outlet with amenities catering to the terminal visitors, including food courts, entertainment zones and cinema theatres

Levels, functional areas, and façade detailing is achieved through the presence of an identity lending superstructure outside a glass core.
These forms are complemented in silhouette by led light inlays on the façade, appear like floating patterns of light in the night sky.

The initial conceived form stems from the iconic symbol of power, a lighting bolt.
The envelope of metal finished superstructure, inspired by a lighting bolt, brings a distinct de-constructivist form .

By stacking the residential towers above the retail podium, the towering mass is integrated with its surroundings yet keeping both functional spaces apart.

LOCATION: On a hilltop nestled in nature near Khopoli.
A rustic farmhouse designed with 4 large spacious rooms nestled under the spreading boughs of a banyan tree, a campsite overlooking a valley.The idea was to create a rustic ambience at the same time , taking good care of urban comforts.
