The Visual Language and the Look & Feel for Stride Store is Contemporary; Sophisticated; Artistic/ Crafted; Warm; Detailed; Discovery; with an Indian Ethos. I-AM created the brand identity for Stride stores, besides being responsible for creating the instore visual language and leveraging the customer journey to design the offline Stride store.

Located at the busy Jyothi Circle in central core of Mangalore district, the mall space is spread over 2,30,000 Sq.ft of prime property.

Project design cost estimated at 9.5 Cr.

Proposed as a mixed-use shopping destination, complete with retail outlets, restaurants, entertainment facilities.

With average annual footfall traffic of 80lakhs, the proposed mall would be the region's most visited destinations for both residents and tourists.

The mall boasts a wide diversity of outlets spreading across five floors with over 149 retail stores and services.

Cinemas sprawling over a total area of 45,000 SQ. FT has five screens including one VIP screen.

The Master Plan of Delhi 2021 has a chapter on transit oriented development (TOD) that has proposed a few corridors around Delhi as part of the first phase.

The project in Karkadooma involves development of 75 acre of land in east Delhi.

It will follow the TOD norms and get FAR of 400.

It is strategically located between two Metro lines. It will consist of residential units and space for commercial offices.

The total cost of the project is Rs 4,500 Cr.

The project will be a green complex. It will follow the zero discharge principle.

The project will include 4,800 houses, 80,000 sqm of retail space, a five-acre park, apart from a sculptures and laser park and a circular skywalk.

Integrated Bus Terminal Complexes, on the lines of successful models in Gujarat, is proposed Vizag at estimated cost of Rs. 250 Cr.

Proposed at the city terminal at Maddilapalem over an area of 7 acres.

The Bus Terminal at ground, about 2-3 floors for APSRTC & mall format retail outlet with amenities catering to the terminal visitors, including food courts, entertainment zones and cinema theatres

And above podium two full fledged towers for Hotel & Office space development respectively.

It will act as a platform for local artisans, poets and artists to present their works.

PROJECT CONTEXT: LANDMARK DESIGNThe Kala kendra will have an auditorium with a seating capacity of 1,000 people with rehearsal room, green room and support facilities.

Prime corporate office for Tata Power Ltd at Noida.

Planned as a commercial office space the proposed area of 59720 sq.ft was estimated at a cost of 16 Cr.

The proposal boasted of prime features for LEED certification and vaastu influences.

DESIGN CONCEPT: CIRCUIT CURRENT

Levels, functional areas, and façade detailing is achieved through the presence of an identity lending superstructure outside a glass core.

These forms are complemented in silhouette by led light inlays on the façade, appear like floating patterns of light in the night sky.

Balcony spaces in the façade, envisioned as green balconies, keeping in mind the LEED building credentials and a healthy living space.

LOCATION: On a hilltop nestled in nature near Khopoli.

A rustic farmhouse designed with 4 large spacious rooms nestled under the spreading boughs of a banyan tree, a campsite overlooking a valley.The idea was to create a rustic ambience at the same time , taking good care of urban comforts.
