PLAY LIKE AN OLYMPIAN Olympia Shooting School / Corso Goalkeeper Academy

JANUARY 7-8, 2017

The Olympia Shooting School and Corso Goalkeeper Academy teach water polo skills and tactics to young men and women in a team day camp environment. The coaching staff presents a series of challenges to water polo players of all levels of ability; this program builds self-esteem and delivers world class strategies for success, both in and out of the water polo pool.

At the Corso Goalkeeper Academy you will learn: positioning, passing, blocking, catching, penalty shots, countering the lob, fouling, shooting, man down positioning, breakaway technique, recognizing shooters tendencies.

At the Olympia Shooting School you will learn: quick shooting, using your whole body to shoot, shooting from the perimeter, developing a smooth faking motion, placement shooting, new shots for your “bag of tricks”.

This camp is limited to only 75 players (45 field players and 30 goalkeepers) This allows Coach Kocur, Coach Corso and Coach Hudnut to stress responsibility and technical commitments to passing, positioning, shooting, driving, passing under pressure, one hand saves, two hand saves, contending the lob and penalty shots. This Olympic curriculum is an excellent off season resource for your development. It is important that you come to camp fit.

Camp hours are 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 7th, 2017 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Sunday, January 8th, 2017

Lunch is not provided. Bring a lunch and a drink in a reusable or plastic container (no glass allowed) Camp T-shirts are included in tuition. Enroll today – camp space is limited, we always sell out! If you are unable to attend, mark your calendar for June 3-4 and August 12-13.

The  cost  of  the  camp  is  $275.00      Enrollment  requires  full  tui4ons  ($200  is  nonrefundable)  Players  will  not  be  permi<ed  to  check  in  at  camp  without  receipt  of  full  payment  and  camp  

paperwork.  All  campers  must  be  a  current  registered  member  of  USA  Water  Polo.
