THE CATHEDRAL OF SAINT MARY OF THE SEEBETTER KNOW AS ‘SEVILLE CATHEDRAL’ (SEVILLE, ANDALUCÍA)

Work of different masters of architecture: Maese Carlín, Diego de Riano, Martin de Gainza and Asensio de Maeda, (1401-1507). It is the largest Gothic cathedral and the 

third-largest church in the world.

THE ROYAL SITE OF SAN LORENZO DE EL ESCORIAL (MADRID)

It is located to the northwest of the region in the southeastern side of the Sierra de Guadarrama. The style chosen was the Renaissance, very refined and without a lavish decoration. The predominant architectural order is the Tuscan, the simplest of classicism, and the Doric in church. The architect was appointed by the King was Juan Bautista de Toledo (1563-1584)
