In order to live a healthy life, you must have a good physical, mental, and social health. You have to
focus on each one to make it better but overall they are all important. Physical health is important for
physical look and shape. Mental health is important for your emotions and how you think. Social health is important for your relationships and interactions with other people. Together they are equally important.
Physical health is about being healthy in terms of the
body. Not having any diseases, being balanced in nutrients, and having physical activities everyday areal traits of a person physically healthy. Being
physically healthy can often lead to a longer life and reduce the risk of getting sick so check out our next 2 section to learn more about how to be physically
healthy.
Mental health is important for having good thought and emotions and protecting yourself from mental disorders. Having a good mental health can mean
that you won’t be in threat of severe mental disorders. Good mental health is also needed for a
good education. So having good mental health is an important aspect of a healthy life.
Social Health is when people communicate with each other by talking. Also, they get along with each other by knowing what to say and what not to say. Furthermore, social health allows one person to build social skills to help with them in the future.
Finally, social health is helpful to a person because it helps them develop a mood of their own and they do
not have to use the computer to tell someone something because they may be shy or anxious.
For good physical health an individual should perform moderate physical activity for 20-30 minutes
a day. This is important to maintain a healthy stamina, strength, and body weight. It is also needed
to live a long life because people who maintain a good physical health will live longer.

Eating healthy means getting the right amount of nutrients to last throughout the day within three meals. There are also six main nutrients that a
person needs everyday are water, minerals, vitamins, fat, proteins and carbohydrates. Because they are all important to your health, it is important to your health. In addition to that, eating healthy can help
with fitness by giving them a bigger advantage with their fitness.
Always go to a doctor if you are feeling uncomfortable or have any questions about your
current health. Going to a doctor can help you treat any potential diseases or injuries you might get or
already have. It’s always better to get rid of something that will damage your health as soon as
possible to take least damage from it. Everything will be worth it when you end up getting a healthy body
in the future.
There are 6 major, vital types of nutrients. Water is necessary for keeping your body hydrated. Minerals are needed to perform your everyday life functions and to maintain homeostasis in your body. Vitamins help fight disease and keep your body at the best it can be. Proteins are needed for keeping your bones
in top condition and for other life processes. Fats carry some vitamins and are needed for energy.
Carbohydrates are also needed as the main source of energy in your body.
Maintaining a healthy weight is also good for you.
Eating junk foods may provide a decent amount of nutrients, but may not have enough nutrients to last
through the day. In addition, junk foods provide many calories to the person. That way, some
athletes may have the possibility to eat this junk food and exercise a lot later in a short time. Finally, junk
foods can help in order to give a short burst of energy. However, this can only be done in
moderation because if eaten in excess, the body may contain a lot of saturated fat, which may lower
one's ability of exercise.
Always eat as many types of food as possible, don’t just eat one type of food even if it’s supposed to be healthy. Your body needs six types of nutrients and
they can’t be found on a single type of food. Just only 1 or 2 types of food wouldn’t bring your body to a healthy stage. Try to follow the food pyramid to get all the nutrients your body needs to be healthy and
make sure none of the foods are left out.
If you have an eating disorder seeking help is your number one priority. Eating disorders like anorexia are a major problem and should not be dealt with
lightly. If you know something is wrong seek professional help like a doctor. If you think there is a problem, join a support group who can guide you in
the right direction.
The media usually gets people to change their body image.
The media usually shows many people, which are to their liking and take pictures of them to put in
magazines. However, this has a big influence to other people, who do not think they are as beautiful as the people in the magazine. They then think that
they are too overweight for people to admire. Therefore, they think of molding themselves into
their image and they then produce something called a mental disorder. Some mental disorders are
anorexia and bulimia.
People have tried to lose weights because they think they are fat. Many of them decided to lose weight
through restricting eating, which is one of the worst ways possible to lose weights. Doing so will cause the body to get less nutrients which will cause the body to be weak and not able to supply enough
energy to work. The suggestion here is to be more confident in yourself and don’t mind what others say. In most cases, people who think they are fat actually
have a normal body weight.
Spending time with friends and family is important for good mental health. Having good time and
getting pleasure to your brain is important for having good mental health. Spend time with friends and
family for a good time and not spend it doing drugs.
Do not do anything unethical, for the harm it will do to the brain.
Maintaining your emotions is good for you because it helps to establish a strong build and good image of
being sturdy and sure person in front of other people. This influence then makes other people mold into
your personality and have a similar judgment as you. However, if you cannot control your feelings, it is
best recommended to speak with a doctor or a friend to help speak out those feelings. This makes the
person feel better.
Many people get stressed out from thinking too much, they constantly worry about something wrong
is going to happen or problems they are currently facing. People should be more optimistic about life and just accepts everything that was unfortunate.
Constantly worrying about something isn’t going to prevent it happening, it just make you feel more
stressed out. So just leave the problem alone and relax, then try to solve it with a clear mind. See the

If you learn to not be too stressed out at one time you will be able to live a healthy life. Finding an
outlet for stress is important too. Take up a hobby, or do yoga are two common places to relieve stress.
Use healthy ways to cope with stress and not drugs.
By staying calm, other people cannot influence you in doing something you may not enjoy. As a result, do not cry or break down because it gives the other
person an advantage to break you down even further. Also, staying calm helps in many situations and helps other people to be like you or similar to
you. Finally, remaining calm can help by creating an image where you do not give into someone's
commands.
Keeping a problem to yourself wouldn’t help
decrease the level of stress, speak to someone about it may be really beneficial. Telling someone
about your problems can psychologically make you feel better. If the person is a good listener then
he/she can comment about your problem to make you feel not as stressed or even get you an advice
to solve the problem. Additionally chatting itself releases some stress. Just never keep a problem to
yourself, always talk to people about it.
Enjoy life and not let others change your mind and decisions. A large part of self-esteem is self-
confidence and making your own choices in life. If a person can make their own decisions they will believe in themselves and their own life. Peer
pressure is a major problem with self-esteem and should be avoided.
Always maintain a high self-esteem and let nothing slow you down.
Having a low self-esteem means that you do not feel full of yourself. In fact, you feel very depressed
about your physical or mental appearance and wish you do not exist. However, this is not a good solution. This is because it creates a lack of confidence within you and these forces you to feel bad about yourself. This may worsen because if this left untreated, they may feel very, very bad about themselves and might
commit suicide.
When people blame you for something it’s really easy to decrease your self-esteem because you will
start to think you are not good enough. In some cases this can even lead to depression due to lack
of self-confidence. As long as you did your best, you shouldn’t let others blame you for any reason. Don’t just accept blames because it will lower your self-confidence; tell yourself and others that u did your
best so that you won’t be depressed from it. Also, be more confident in yourself so that you can do better
next time.
Medicine should only be used in moderation and when consulted by a doctor. If you take too little or too much drugs this could have a terrible effect on your health. The misuse of drugs could even be
illegal and addiction is a big problem as well.
Using the drugs legally can help very much with pain and sickness.
Psychoactive drugs, such as cocaine, heroin, marijuana and PCP, can be used medicinally, but can also be used illegally. This is something called
drug abuse. As a result, long term effects may occur, as well as the short term pleasure effects in the usage of drugs. Some of these long term effects
include, long term pain as well as short term pain. Also, the drug abuser may be sick most of the time and this creates an unhealthy image to themselves and to other people as well. Finally, the person will
be addicted from the drug.
Drugs not only have all those negative factors mentioned previously, but is can also replace
chemicals in your body causing the body to be extremely addicted to those drugs. Some people
think that they can resist the addiction so they tried drugs once and end up getting addicted to them.
Once people start doing drugs, it is almost impossible to quit, their body just tell them to get
more drugs because they become dependent on the drugs. In order to not deal with all the terrible effects
of drugs, just simply stay away from them.
Treat others the way you would want yourself to be treated is a golden rule. The world has a goes
around comes around system and if you want to be treated nicely and fairly treat others the same way. If
you want respect then you should give others the same. This is important in having a healthy social life.
Do not leave other people out because of some form of prejudice.
By helping others, this helps you as well. For
example, by helping others with things, such as schoolwork, they help themselves by also learning
more about the person. In addition to that, by helping others, this also boosts your own social
health. This is because when people are helped, you would feel proud of yourself and this results in a
promotion of self-esteem. This also improves social health because it creates a good profile for yourself.
This may sound a little weird but always be nice towards people you don’t know, they could be
potential friends. A friend is always better than an enemy, having people liking you is always better than having people hating you. None of the friend know each other from birth, they need to transition
from strangers to friends, so treating strangers nicely can eventually get you more friends. And interacting
with strangers helps people who are antisocial socialize more. This is the quickest way to make
new friends.
