Version A – Microsoft Lync 2010

1. Make your conference call window visible if it already isn’t.

2. When an incoming call comes into you that you want to join to the Lync conference call, answer

it (which will place your presence on the conference call on hold).

3. Click the People Options button on the new call you just joined, then click Group

Conversation (x Participants) under the ‘Merge this call into’ heading.

4. At that point, the conference call will now have the new participant added and you will

automatically unhold from the conference call ready to start conversing.
