SOCIAL NETWORKING AND ONLINE MARKETING
I post to social networking sites to get the word out about your home. I also use several online methods to advertise your home. Using these multiple sites gives your listing maximum exposure.
LISTING SYNDICATION
Listing syndication is a method for brokers to authorize distribution of their listings to consumer portals hosted by third parties like Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com and many others. Great MLS descriptions in public remarks only helps when syndicating to other sites.
A WEBSITE JUST FOR YOUR HOME!
Each residential listing gets its own website! I’ll design a site specifically for your home, and include a description, a full list of features, a lot of photos, links to nearby amenities, and I even upload a video! A unique URL is reserved for your home based on the street address (i.e. 123MainStreet.com).
VIDEO TOUR
Home buyers love to envision themselves in each home they look at. Creating a video tour of what your home can offer them will surely make them want to visit in person!
THE POWER IN NUMBERS
I’m in an office with over 250+ agents! We are allowed to advertise each other listings. What does this mean to you? Multiple agents are blogging about your home for that much more exposure. These same agents are exposing your home to their databases.

The old way of doing open houses was for the Realtor to pick up leads and not necessarily sell the home. With the help of Open House Helpers the traffic is greatly increased to your home. Homes are actually selling because of the extra signage!
