PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IS TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUALThe trainee programThe trainee program takes around seventeen months to complete and starts at 1st of September. Once you have become familiar with our organisation, vision and work processes, you will start to work in the various departments, where you will learn how to translate strategic values at a tactical and operational level. At the same time, you will prepare yourself for the next phase, which involves acquiring experience in a management position. Finally, you will take part in three projects. We will allocate the first project to you, but you will be required to set the second one up yourself. The third project focuses upon consolidating what you have learnt and your awareness of our corporate culture.
BasisIntroduction to Kramp. During this first month, you will become acquainted with the organisation, work processes, customer groups and strategic values.
FieldworkDuring this phase, you will work in the Logistics, Purchase, Sales, Product Management and Marketing departments. You will work in at least two different countries.
Completion by means of evaluation and assessment with mentor and HR L&D.

Upon completion, you and your mentor will determine your fieldwork objectives.
ManagementIn this part of the program, you will be working as an assistant manager in one of the departments. This will enableyou to become acquainted with the various aspects of management and leadership.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IS TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL
Supervision and progress
As a Kramp trainee, you can count on receiving intensive 1-2-1 supervision.
At the start of your traineeship, you will draw up a personal development plan
together with the Learning & Development Manager and your mentor from our
executive board. You will be introduced and assessed by a supervisor in every
department in which you work. The mentor will coach and supervise you
throughout your traineeship. In addition, you will regularly meet around a table
with your mentor and HR L&D to evaluate your progress.
Individual projectYou are responsible for setting up this second project yourself. It is your opportunity to prove that you can transform knowledge and skills into successful solutions.

ManagementIn this part of the program, you will be working as an assistant manager in one of the departments. This will enableyou to become acquainted with the various aspects of management and leadership.
Business project As a trainee, you will carry out a project that has been defined by the Executive Board. The focus is on the customer, supply chain, cost reduction, HR and efficiency.
Jump into your developmentDuring your traineeship, you will also participate in our management program. This program focuses on the talent that we have in our organisation and on trainees who have recently joined us. The aim is to prepare those who have the necessary potential for future managerial and/or specialist positions within Kramp. Through a range of modules, we encourage participants to develop the way in which they feel, think, make decisions and conduct business. In addition to developing skills, we help to clarify ambitions and career opportunities.
