Experts and managers employed in Prod-uct Supply at Bayer make an important contribution to our success by generating innovative and highly efficient solutions for our production. They manage the entire supply chain for the Bayer Health-Care subgroup, from the procurement of raw materials through production to distribu-tion. They work to continuously improve costs and ensure flexibility, reliable delivery and high standards in the areas of quality, health, safety and environmental protec-tion. As trainee you will gain a broad overview of the tasks and activities of the Product Supply organization at Bayer.

What you offer

To join our program, you need to have a Master’s degree in Natural sciences

or Engineering in good time and with above-average grades. We prefer candi-dates with international experience, either from studies or from working abroad and practical experience (e.g. from internships) in production or production related areas. You will fit in particularly well with Bayer if you share our passion to innovate and want your ideas to bring about change. Team spirit, initiative and good communi-cation skills are important. You also need strong strategic thinking and ambition for an international career development in Operations/Product Supply and working abroad. As you are working in an interna-tional environment your fluency in business English is a must.

During the 24-month trainee program you will be given an insight into the entire production process at Bayer Animal Health, Consumer Health and associated functions. You will be assigned responsible tasks and

will work on projects at our headquarters and various production sites of Animal Health and Consumer Health. Assignments in Germany and abroad have a firm place in this program and offer you an opportunity to build networks in many functional areas. At the same time, individual training modules will prepare you for a future management position. Throughout the program you will be mentored by an experienced Bayer manager, who will help you identify individ-ual career prospects, give you feedback on your performance and agree on develop-ment measures with you.

At the end of the program, you will initially be placed in a line position in one of our global manufacturing sites. After that, you will have a wide range of job opportunities in all kind of functions within the global Product Supply organization.
