• Category A certifying staff authorisation

- issue CRS following minor scheduled line maintenance and simple defect

rectification

- The certification privileges are restricted to work that the authorisation holder has

personally performed

- No aircraft type rating endorsed

• Category B1 certifying staff authorisation

- issue CRS following line maintenance, including aircraft structure, power-plants, mechanical and electrical systems plus replacement of avionic line replaceable units

- issue CRS following line maintenance on avionics and electrical systems

for the complete aircraft after the completion of all such maintenance
