Dancers are one of the many jobs in Ancient Egypt. The people often clapped along to the amusing beat.

If you are fast mostlikley you'll be a dancer for people. In order to be a dancer you will have to be quick , pretty ,and intelligent.

• Most dancers perform• At festivals and are

hired to entertain people

Scribes are another job in Egypt. First you would have to learn to read and write.

At the age nine you would start school.

You would stay in school For 5-12 years at a time.

The days are long and the Teachers were strict.

In school they learned Hieroglyphics for hours At a time . When the day

was done the people would often go home and get ready for the festivals.
