FACT:According to the Pew Center, as of February 2012, 15% of adult internet users use Twitter. That’s only slightly increased from 13% last May.

Although Twitter usage is increasing, it is extremely plausible that the 15% using Twitter now are the same users who used it previously.

Growth is inconsistent and stagnant, suggesting interest in Twitter is not increasing.
